Peter Hum is the Founder, Principal Consultant, and Managing Director of StrateValue Pte Ltd, a leading boutique business management and advisory firm based in Singapore.

With more than 30 years of international business and global technology experience, Peter has held successive career roles ranging from Board directorship, executive management, technical, marketing, sales, and serial entrepreneurship across Asia and North America.

He is a recognised business spend management subject matter expert and specialises within the fields of Healthcare, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Business Analytics, Enterprise Software, and Digital Services.

Peter has provided strategic and operational guidance to senior level executives in some of the largest multinational organisations in the region.

Most recently, Peter led the Asia consulting and solutions practice for International SOS, a $2B global healthcare and security provider to Fortune 100 / 500 companies around the globe.

Prior to StrateValue, Peter founded the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) business for Eastcom Systems Pte Ltd. Prior to Eastcom Systems, Peter founded the Asia Pacific operations for Tangoe, the largest TEM vendor in the market. He also held senior level positions at Eicon Networks (now Dialogic) and has resided in Canada, China, Malaysia, and Singapore.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Management Information Systems from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
